How To Use:
Printable #1 is a worksheet.
- I promise that if you commit to doing this exercise every day for a week, it'll change your entire perspective.
Printable #2 is called a Blessing Jar.
- This can be done with a real jar or this worksheet. Print this picture of a jar and keep it somewhere you can see it every day like your kitchen counter, nightstand, or desk at work. Take a few seconds every day to write down something you are thankful for until the jar is full. It may take days, weeks, or months, but you'll have a jar full of blessings once its over.
